Dual-Boot system Win 10 & Win 7 (now want to delete Win 7)
Hi,
Re-posting this as I've not had a reply back from original post since March 22. Apologies if this violates forum etiquette.
I've had a dual-boot set-up for a very long time - Win 10 Pro (64-Bit) and Win 7 Ultimate (64-Bit). However, I haven't used Win 7 in years except to update and am always running out of space on Win 10 - down to the last 3.07 GB right now. Therefore it makes sense to sacrifice Win 7 so that Win 10 can flourish with the extra 117GB. What is the safest and risk-free way to go about this: delete or reformat 7? Merge both partitions? Resize or extend Win 10? And so on.
Yes, both o/s are on the same disk and adjacent to each other (please see screenshot below). Alas, as you are bound to ask, my poor old motherboard is too old for UEFI - rather, good old BIOS (by the way, I've got Paragon Partition Manager if it helps).
Any advice would be appreciated. Many thanks.
