Dual boot windows and mac osx

Okay. So I have PC with windows 10 installed and only one HDD. I want to dual boot it with mac osx. I have 3 partitions and i want to insrall osx on the third one, keeping second one common for both (if that's possible,else i'll create bigger partition for osx). I could not find any satisfactory tutoraials on this one. Please help me out.
