Dual Boot

Hello,I have just built a new PC. the case is a Thermaltake level 10 GT.The Motherboard is a crosshair v. The case has 5 Hot swapable drive bays.
I instaled Windows7 64 bit on one drive. now I would like to install Windows XP on another drive howevere whin I remove the win7 drive and replace it with the empty drive and try to install winXP I get an error message and Xp fails to load. What to do?

Need more info, what is the error message?
