Hello Guys.
I have really big problems with this. I have try to dual-boot my disk, so i could have both windows 7 &8 on one computer. After i shrink the volume and i come to the point where i have to make a "new simple volume" it tells me that i do not have enough space to formate it. How can i solve this problem? I have tried to convert my basic disk an dycnamic disk but then it says again that i do not have enough space. Btw i have a disk with 2 TB, so the space should not be a problem.
Anyone who can hel me? :)

Alright, I've done this before, and lemme just throw out there... if you're trying to dual boot windows 7 and 8 from the same drive, just don't.

I spent days trying to get it set up, and even when I had, it had corruption issues and was never stable.

The problem is that windows 8 runs with a totally different disk setup than windows 7 does, so even on separate partitions, each is trying to make the disk formatted the way it runs.

Long story short, it's easy if you have two drives, and it's utter hell if you're trying to do it on one, so you shouldn't bother trying.
