So my PC won't post (Motherboard making non-stop beeping sound) if i put a ram stick on the 2nd slot.

A couple days ago, i accidentally "Boop" my CPU heatsink (Hyper 212 Evo) while trying to stop my exhaust case fan from making noise with my hand, there is only small gap between my cpu heatsink and ram heatsink, (Like less than 1 millimeter) and if even a small impact move the cpu heatsink to the right, it will touch the ram heatsink and make a small movement on ram.
Right after i "Boop" the heatsink, my PC shutdown and make non-stop beeping noise.

I have Apacer Giant 2x4 8GB kit. Now my PC will only post and boot normally with either one of the stick on 1st memory slot, but again, non-stop beeping sounds with either one put on 2nd memory slot.

I have tried resetting CMOS (jumper/battery) the problem still presist, so i'm stuck with 4GB of ram for now.

Now i'm thinking that it caused by Bent CPU pins/Ram slot pins.
What could be the problem? can my accidental "Boop" caused both of that problem.

Could you pass on a link to the ram kit? In fact we will need a picture of how you've mounted the cooler to the motherbaord and the heatsinks interfering with the cooler(as you're stating). Host the image on a site like Imgur and then parse a link to it here.

How old is that PSU, btw?

Link for the specs? i'm not really sure, couldnt find any, but the timing are 9-11-9-27. If that helps.
As for the pic of how my CPU Heatsink interfering with my RAM Heatsink, here.

After looking at it again, it's actually not a small gap, it literally touching each other.
So my CPU fan are actually on top of my ram heatsink.
My PSU is about 6 months old, i bought it on June 2019.
