I have a weird problem.. recently, I bought a G.skill kit 2x8GB (1866Hz) to run dual channel .. at first everything is okay running dual channel but after I went to bios and change the speed which was 1333 to 1600 .. my pc won't run dual channel I mean won't boot keep restarting .. so I did the following to know where the problem is:
I have 4 slots the first two near the CPU work fine but the other two disabled ( not working)

I try one ram stick for each slot and slot 3 and 4 won't boot. so I went to the bios and Channel A works fine but Channel B not working. Channel B ( slot 3 and 4) are disabled (not working).

I tried resetting the CMOS battery in case of bad settings and turned on the pc with memory sticks in slot 1 and 2, Loaded default bios settings and restarted, turned off the pc and changed to slots 1+3 and the pc launched okay, I went to the bios to see what were the settings on and a minute in the bios the pc froze and RAMs stopped working again. Now I'm running single-channel (slot 1+2).

Here the details of my system and ram.
