Question Dual Channel Memory

ram 2x4GB hyperx fury ddr3 1866mhz

i use single channel mode because when i try to put the ram sticks for dual channel memory my ram gets halved (4gb usable) and in cpu-z still running single channel.
i want to ask if these rams are ment for dual channel because i think my MB supports dual channel . BIOS isn't showing any XMP profiles.

Have you tried updating bios?
Have you tried lower ram speed eg. 1600 vs 1866?
