Question dual channel no working on my motherboard

this is for my friend he just built his first pc ,https://www.asrock.com.tw/mb/Intel/H370M-HDV/index.es.asp#Specification this is his motherboard and https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B07RW6Z692...o_cp_apin_dp_4SKHGM09210J4NP5T417&starsLeft=1 thats his ram 2x16gig sticks because the motherboars only has 2 ram slots but he cant use both ram together both slots work on the motherboard and both ram work but just not together his pc boots up but it just shows a black screen with both ram in together any help would be very nice

edit his pc does run fine with 1 stick like it boot sup and runs but he wants to use the second stick of 16gig obv because he brought to use dual channel

hes sorted it now just needed to swap his ram around hahaha
