Currently I'm using Kingston fury 1600mhz(4Gb) on my H81 Mobo.
If i buy Kingston fury 1866(4gb) ram does it work as dual channel.

Don't mix match RAM kits. Quad channel kits are tested before sale to work. Your dual channel kit may or may not work with another dual channel kit even if they are the same make and model. You could end up wasting your money entirely if the kits aren't compatible. I would just buy a separate kit of the desired size.

So you are saying even 1600mhz(4GB) same Kingston fury may not work in dual channel.

Correct, it may work, but there is a good possibility that it wouldn't work. It is advised to just buy all the RAM that you will install in the system as a singular kit, whether it be dual channel or quad channel. I had 8GB in my rig, and I just bought a separate set of 16GB so I have my old 8GB in a second build I started.
