Processor: Ryzen 7700x
Mobo: MSI MPG X670E CARBON

Shall I go for 2 RAMS(1set of 2 RAMs) for dual channel sticks or 2*2 total of four sticks of G.SKILL TRIDENT Z5 RGB 32GB (16GBX2) DDR5 6000MHZ MEMORY CL30-40-40-96 for max speed and fps in games? And if I fill all four slots with this ram all rams run at 6000mt/s?

There is no "quad" channel. Ryzen is a dual channel CPU. The more memory DIMMs you put on the CPU the less likely you will get high clock speeds. Additionally, you have no guarantee that those four DIMMs will work together. Sets are sold for a reason. They are guaranteed to work together by the manufacturer. Your best option for high clock and 64GB is to get a 2x32GB set.

Very few folks need more than 32GB of ram.

You have a better chance of everything playing nice together with no fuss with one 2 stick kit.
