Question Dual channel ram issue

Hello everyone
I recently bought a system except ram and psu
my system is listed below
ASUS Prime Z390-P
ASUS Strix 1660ti Advanced Edition
Intel i5 9600k
2x8 2133mhz Hyper X Fury 14CL DDR4 Ram
Cooler master master liquid 240mm
Cooler master 750w psu

I am trying to use my rams dual channel but when i try to use them on A2 and B2 or A1 and B1 i can't get display on my screen but when i am using my rams as single channel at A1 and A2 it does give display and my computer boots when i try to use the rams one by one my PC also works what should i do?

Check for and install the latest motherboard BIOS version from the manufacturers website.

I bougth them seperately but they are the same model same clock speed and same CL

Doesn't matter that they are the same make and model, this is still considered mixing RAM. While the chance of issues is reduced by picking the same make and model issues can still happen. This is why matched kits exists. There is a chance this is your problem.
