Hello, here are my specs:
ASROCK B350M Pro4
Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x4gb 2666Mhz
Ryzen 5 2600
MSI RX 570 8GB
WD Green 120GB SSD
WD Green 240GB SSD

I just cleaned my PC yesterday, installed Cooler Master Hyper 212 and 3 Fantech Fans and reinstalled Windows 10 Home today. I noticed that my RAM mode isn't in dual channel even though I put it in slot 2 and 4 in the motherboard. Both ram is detected on the motherboard but dual channel is not working. Is there any way to fix this because previously the dual channel was working fine (before the windows install and clean)?

Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

Solution
I tried switching the RAM (still in the same spot)
And yes, I installed the B350 chipset from AMD. Anything wrong with that?
And I haven't updated the BIOS or anything (too scared to do it),

Try moving the ram to 1 and 3 (thats what it should be for 2 sticks in 4 slots to achieve dual ram-there may be mobos that don't follow that rule)-but just try moving ram presently in slot 2 to slot 1 and ram presently in slot 4 to slot 3.
Hi scubbaa.

Remove and reseat the RAM to see if this fix the issue. Start with that.

Did you reinstall the B350 chipset drivers from AMD?

I am now sweating my pants...
Loosen the screw a bit on the cooler,
I tried to remove the RAM on slot 4 and my pc keeps turning on and off.
Reinstalling the ram on slot 4, pc works. But now the BIOS only detects a single memory...
I am, very, very anxious right now. Please someone help me
