If I buy two 4 gb ram from here.Will the combination work as a dual channel ram

Instead of buying the same RAM twice, get them as pair in a RAM kit. Then they are guaranteed to work together. Buying the same RAM twice might yield different results. It might work, it might not.

If your motherboard supports dual-channel and both sticks of RAM that you buy are a matched pair ---- yes.

So that specific ram does not support dual anyway, I'd say, but in the end it is up to the motherboard.
