i just added 1 more stick of DDR2 1 gb RAM in my computer and it seems to be running slower than faster.

originally i had a g.skill and today i added an ocz.

Cpu-z reports them as running in dual channel.
both are timed at 4-4-4-12
they're both running at just over 380 mhz, below they're stock speeds of 400mhz.
Everything seems fine but im going to do a memtest when i go to sleep and see how it turns up.

any help right now would be nice though.....

Try stepping up your mem voltage a notch. It could be that the ocz ram requires a slightly higher voltage. It should not hurt the other stick either as there is a fair amount of tolerance for overclocking purposes. If that doesn't work, try manually adjusting the memory speed.Goodluck.
