i dont know much about ram rimings and stuff,so i wanted to know if doing the following would be ok and if there are losses how big they would be compared to what it would be if i used the same stick

i already own 4gb ram - CMZ4GX3M1A1600C9(link below)

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820233141

i want to buy a 8gb stick inorder to run them in dual channel.but iam from india and the feasible 8gb stick available to me is (link below)

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820233218

i want to know if running them in dual channel would be a problem considering difference in timings.or would i need to go with another 4gb stick of same timings

Solution
Different capacities will not operate in dual channel mode. And yes, all memory sticks in your system will operate at the clock and timings of the slowest stick.
The performance loss is small, but really depends on application. In most cases, it wouldn't be noticeable.
As I said, you can have issues that will require from you to go to bios and set things manually.
The best thing you can do to avoid issues and have best performance, is get a kit with two sticks if your budget allows that.
In any case, both sticks will operate at the same clock and timings regardless of dual channel or separate channel.
In best case, your MB will set the clock and timings automatically. A less convenient case, you will have to go to the BIOS and set those them by your self.
Worst case, the memory modules will not work together (very improbable, but can happen).

so will my faster 4gb stick mentioned perform at the lower speeds of 8gb stick.it wont have any compatibility issues as i saw reviews of users using the very same pair of sticks i mentioned above..but i want to know how would be the perfomance loss compared to buying the stick below which seems a perfect match

should i wait for this stick(could take two months or so as i could get it from someone later) or should i go ahead and buy the c10 version whose link i first gave in description(which is slower)
