Hello I want to upgrade my RAM from 1x8 to 2x8 and im curious if a can use different(?) RAM sticks. Both are from GoodRam but one is called GoodRam DDR4 8GB 2133 CL15 (GR2133D464L15/8G) and second one GoodRam DDR4 8GB 2133 CL15 (GR2133D464L15S/8G),the difference is ''S''... what does ''S'' mean?

Solution
I'm not sure what the S means.....and maybe someone will chime in on that....but I think there's a good chance it will work.

I know it's not "proper" to mix RAM....but I've done it many times and many times it works.

ok thx ;D

The "S" model might be a newer revision of the same line. Their circuits look very different if you lookup product pictures. Like jay said, it is not recommended to mix RAM models
