Dual Channell or 2GB?

I have 4 sticks of 512 MB. My question is, since my motherboard does channel and has 4 slots, am i better off with 1 GB dual channeled or 2 GB non-dual channeled? Particularly in video games. thanks

Also im using an AMD 3200+ S939.

That depends on the game. Most games don't use 2gig in which case I'd say go for dual-channel.
