I am lining up parts for a new server. This is the first time I have built a dual CPU system, and I am looking for some guidance to make sure I am not botching anything important.

The PSU I am looking at is: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151194 It lists 2 CPU 8\6 pin, but appears to be a single 12V rail. Do I need one with dual 12V rails?
CPU I am looking at is the Intel Silver 4212 85W
MB is https://www.supermicro.com/products/motherboard/Xeon/C620/X11DPH-T.cfm

Should that PSU work? If not, what literature should i be looking for in the specs to indicate i have found a viable option?

I noticed the three connectors. According to the manual I read, they are listed as:

"JPWR1, JPWR2 and JPWR4 are the 8-pin 12V DC power input for the CPU or alternative single power source for a special enclosure when the 24-pin ATX power is not in use. Refer to the table below for pin definitions"

It would have been nice if they actually labeled them as far as CPU1, CPU2, and Alt, but they did not. I will have to reach out to the manufacturer for clarification on that portion. It
