Question Dual CPU Upgrade

I have a Dell Perception Workstation with a Dual Socket motherboard. It currently has a single Xeon E5-2630 V2, and I am looking to ideally upgrade to a pair of Xeon E5 2667 V2. I will also upgrade RAM to go with it, PSU is 850W. However, I am unsure about compatibility. The two CPUs share a socket, and as far as I can tell, the chipset is the same. However, I am just not sure and would not like to spend the money only to find I was wrong. Does anyone know about the compatibility for the upgrade? I am also unable to find the exact model of motherboard. I believe it to be a T8710, but it doesn't appear to be a perfect match.

Update, the answer was Yes. I did have to order a Dell specific CPU cooler because of the non-standard motherboard mounting for a cooler, but the new pair of CPUs went in and worked without issue. I didnt have to make any changes, and the PC is now running successfully with Dual CPUs and Quad Channel memory.
