Dual Display Graphics Cards

Hi Guys,

Looking to purchase a cheap graphics card so I can have x2 monitors on one PC. I see allot of graphics cards on Misco's website that have VGA, DVI and HDMi, does this mean you can plug a monitor into the DVI and VGA to support two monitors. The last time I had dual screens, the graphics card had x2 DVI and not a single VGA, DVI and HDMi.

Trying to find out if all graphics cards that have more than one connection on it, does this mean it will support dual monitors.

Any suggestions for cheap (£30 - £60) graphics card PCI-E x16 for dual monitors with a low power consumption???
