2.8ghz intel exeon ht. 4cores .. wud it play games like black ops and gta iv if i put in a decent video card


i seen a pc on ebay with this cpu and am wondering how it copes ..

agp only no pci-e
1 GB of ram not enough, its probably server ram, which is expensive.
scsi HDD so probably no sata.

that seller thinks that a quadro card is good for gaming, they are not, the drivers are not optimised for it.

you will not get anything approaching decent for £60, £300 could get you a foundation for a graphics card, just about.

thanks for info people can anyone tell me the best video card for my current system ,,, i dont want to do heavy gaming just light gaming and mainly video streaming and playback heres my system heres spec

No that is not a good setup for gaming. The Xeon is more for servers and workstations and the RAM is more than likely ECC which will be slower than regular DDR3 memory.

What games are you playing and at what resolution are you playing at? I personally would go no lower than a GTX 660 or Radeon 7850.
