[SOLVED] Dual GPU AMD & Nvidia (Gaming and AI)

Hello,
I have 1 RX 580 8GB.
Now i want to study AI but it is said that Nvidia is much faster than AMD.
So i have some choices

1. Using new card 1050ti vs 580
2. Using 2nd mining card (p106, p104) vs 580
3. Remove 580 and buy a new Nvidia card (1070 or better) --> expensive

Question:
Can i use both Nvidia & AMD?
If YES, can i use P104-100 (much stronger than RX 580) and output to Rx 580 display port?
Can i use only p104 and output to display port on motherboard? (My Cpu is ryzen 1600, don't have igpu)

if u dont have apu then u cant use onboard display ports
as for AI, there should be titan/radeon pro/radeon 7/instinct cards for this task

Yes i know it but it's over my budget.
