Dual Graphic cards

I'm looking into improving my graphics and I'm curious I have a GTX770 which is a few years old, can I can get a similar card for about $200 and run dual. Or would it be better if I just got a newer card?

Also would I need to update my 750 PSU?

Just get a newer GPU, SLI driver support is pretty poor nowadays.

Your 80+ 750w PSU will not be able to run double 770s, or marginally be able to do so.
You will need to upgrade to 850w+ to run this power hungry system.
However, why don't you sell your card and get a 980/980 Ti?

For the $200 you want to spend on a 2nd 770, plus the amount you can get from selling your current 770, you are probably close to affording a GTX 1060 or RX 580. Either of which would be a much better option than 770 SLI.
