Dual Graphics Cards

I bought a GT 640 recently and was wondering what to do with my GT 420. Would I be able to use both without SLI for a frame rate boost or should I dedicate the 420 to Physx or what? I do use dual sceens for gaming and other purposes. The motherboard I have is a Gigabyte B85M-D3H. It would be a shame to not be able to use it in some way so any help is welcome.

You cannot SLI the two cards but I think you can dedicate the GT 420 to physx. You might not necessarily get much better performance though

You cannot use two dissimilar cards in an SLI configuration. They need to be identical. That said, you can use the GT420 as a dedicated PhysX card or as a secondary card for other monitors.
