Dual graphics or discreet or upgrade RAM

I recently had a good deal which will let me buy any of this combinations. I just need help deciding.

I currently have an a10-6800k with 1333 RAM.
I need to decide which one is the best combination (for now)

1. A10-6800k + radeon 7750 2gb ddr3 (dual graphics)
2. a10-6800k + radeon 7770 1gb GDDR5
3. A10-6800k + ram upgrade to 2133/1866 then save up for a better discreet card (r7 250x/260x)

2133/1866 RAM won't make BIG sense, just buy 3rd combination (r7-260x) without RAM
