Dual gtx770 vrs. gtx780 ti

Which is more powerful, and by powerful I'm talking straight up brute force and gaming ability.
I don't care about economic value or power consumption.

Id go with the 780ti, I'm not sure if its more powerful than the 770 in sli, but a lot of cases, you can't get the full benefits of sli in games(depending on the game).

770 SLI is already a beast,but going for the 780ti will give you an option to go SLI in the future.

oh and to answer your question, 770 sli rapes a single 780ti in terms of raw powaaaa

Dual 770s will be a bit faster, it will have a bit more gaming capabilities when talking about brute power. It's a bit better than a 690 (same equivalent gpu, just clocked gigher).
780ti is not far behind, and has the advantage of being a single card (therefore avoiding the issues that come with SLI), and therefore will work a bit more smoothly, but still FPS won't be as high.
