I added a 2nd hard drive to my system, C: is the primary/master and D: is the new one on the secondary/master. I used the software that came with the hard drivr to format and partition the drive and copy/mirror/duplicate or what ever you want to call it from the old C: to the D:. Now when I uninstall a program it uninstalles it from both hard drives. How can I uninstall from one drive and not the other or vise versa. Please help this is a pain?

Sounds like you cloned your second HD as a back up and have it installed with the original. If your intention was to just make a backup of your current system you should used Nortan Ghost and make an image of it onto your second HD (this will store and image of it in a file called something like maindrv.gho which you can use to restore your primary/master driver if it fails in some way) not duplicate it onto the second hard drive. since you have two hard drives installed and both are the same and both are bootable your system is uninstalling from both drives.
