Dual Intel L5518 setup

Hello, I have tried to search for an answer to this question but was unable to find anything useful. Thanks in advance for your patience and assistance.

I have the chance to buy two Intel L5518 Xeon CPUs for about $500.00 and would like to use them on an ASUS Z8PE-D12 server motherboard with SBS 2008. I checked the ASUS website and it says the CPU is compatible with the motherboard, but my concern is with the "embedded" designation. Are there any issues that I need to be aware of with this?

Embedded means that they will be available for 7+ years.
