Dual LGA 2011 DDR3 1600 motherboard recommendations

Need some suggestions on a motherboard and memory.
I'm considering building a intel Dual Socket workstation and running Intel Xeon E5-2680 Sandy Bridge-EP 2.7GHz (3.5GHz Turbo Boost) LGA 2011 130W 8-Core Server Processor BX80621E52680 to start then adding a second processor at a later point.

I'm looking for information on two things.
1. A decent mid range motherboard, there are several on newegg but none seem to stand out.
2. Ram for the motherboard... I'm looking to start with 16 or 32gb to start then add more ram accordingly. I would prefer NOT to max out at 64gb so the stix need to be 8gb or 16gb each. I would prefer 1600 speed over 1333 if possible.
