help, do i need active adapter or passive adapter for my Powercolor RX570 4gb.

i just use the passive DL DVID to HDMI and no signal, is it because my gpu died or converter doesn't work?
edit: btw i just bought my gpu and it doesnt have any other port except DL DVID

Unless you have a tv with freesync it won't matter.

that's my gpu. and still no signal.. i will test my IGPU tomorrow to check if my mobo/processor is died or not
