It has 600W and 70% efficiency
as USAFret pointed out:

that is not a 600 watt PSU - it doesn't specify it on the label. cooler master has done the same in the past - putting the/a number on it w/o the word watts.

seriously, any 600 watt PSU should have at least two 8 pin pci-e cables. please replace it.

N.
That RAIDMAX thing should not be plugged in to the wall.
It should never leave the shelf in the store.
What PSUs should i be looking at then?
My pc is:
Motherboard: MSI B450-A PRO
CPU: Ryzen 2700 with stock cooler
2x8 gb kingston 3200 mhz
120gb ssd
1TB wd harddrive
1 extra 120mm fan
Dvd/rw disk

The fact that you have an RX 580 is what makes this difficult. It's quite power hungry for a 1080p gpu.
You're going to have a bad time running that with any cheap psu. Unfortunately, the actual good psus are overpriced in your area, forcing you to get cheap junk on a regular basis.

If the situation was different - you had a gpu like a GTX 1050Ti or 1650 that didn't require any external connections, you could get away with using one of those cheaper units.

Don't know about cm these days. I'd consider the EVGA. I ran an EVGA 600 bronze unit for a while and it seemed decent. It had 49 amps on a single 12v rail. I got a different unit after the EVGA was a few years old. It currently does light duty in my wife's office PC, an older Dell with an i7 3770. Works perfectly still. But an older i7 with a Radeon 7400 series shouldn't be too much for it now days. But I did run an rx 480 on it for a while.
