dual monitor displays using one VGA port

hello, I have a PC at my workplace and it has only 1 VGA port and no graphic card installed. The pc is in the other room than mine and i have to move from my room whenever i want to use it. I cannot move as it is mainly use the PC to my room there. I want to ask that can i connect a second display to the PC and keep on my desk using a VGA splitter. And i dont want to use it as a dual monitor display. Only 1 monitor will be powered up at a time. And if its possible can i connect mouse and keyboard to the monitor's USB port. OR is there an other workaround to my issue?

You might be able to do that by running a VGA cable and a USB cable. Total distances will determine exactly what you need.
