dual monitor gaming problem

Hi I have just installed dual monitor setup left side 21.5 inch and right 18 inch so when I work with teamviewer I use both when I game I want to game on the 21.5 inch and let the other one monitor my pc temp but for some games throwes the game on both screens and some games doesn't so here is the question how do I game on dual screens if I want 2 and monitor my temp like every one else do on the other one eg. Like playing crysis 3

1. PLEEEASE make it a little more clear what i understand is that it works on some games but doesnt on others, right?
2. my immediate guess is that those games dont support it

Okay I have dual monitors main 21.5 inch second 18 inch the 18 inch I want to use to monitor my temp and the main to game on but some games display over the entire screen's both of them so how do I only display on one and how do I set it back to dual again when I play dirt or warcraft
