Dual Monitor Help I have a lg monitor and a toshiba lcd tv and tower pc running windows 7?

I am trying to set-up a dual monitor display to a radeon graphics card.I am connecting the tv to the card using hdmi and the monitor to the card using vga with and dvi adaptor ,but for some reason the LG monitor is working fine and the tv is saying not supported when both plugged in but it is being detected on the PC.

I have check screen resolution and my graphic card can handle up to 4 The TV MESSAGE IS NOT SUPPORTED!
I know the TV workes because before I got the monitor I used that and it worked fine.

running windows 7
8 cores
xfx bulldozer amd
16 gb ram
Graphics Chipset AMD Radeon HD 6800 Series

It could possibly be a HDMI problem, will the TV run at lower resolutions?

You need to try different display properties to find one that works for your TV.

control panel / display / screen resolution
