Dual monitor help

Is there a way to make it so when I’m playing a game I can hold down a key and it will allow my mouse courser to drag across to the next screen?

I got a response to my last question but could not figure out how to respond to the answer. I want to make it so I can drag my mouse across to the next monitor by holding down a button. I forgot to mention that I still want my courser to be locked to the game by default. I just was wondering if there is a way to make it so I can drag the mouse across by holding down a button instead of my courser being unlocked 24/7
