If I have an AMD Radeon HD 3200 graphics with one DVI port and one VGA port, can I run a dual monitor setup with one VGA monitor and one DVI monitor?

Dual simultaneous outputs on GPUs have been practically standard for the past 14 years. Unless you run into some odd issue, it should work.
