Question Dual Monitor hurt my Refresh rate and/or response time?

I've recently purchased a new PC, With this new PC i received a 144hz 1ms monitor. I game a lot and i really love the the feel of this monitor overall, however, i wanted to use another Monitor. I have a 2nd Monitor that is 5ms response time and 75hz... If i plugged this into another Display port on my PC would it cause any issues to my main Monitor performance wise? or will nothing be changed?

I've also debated on hooking up my OLD pc to the 75hz monitor and using a program like "Synergy" so i can essentially have one mouse on both, I just don't know if its worth it? Maybe that would help me with streaming for fun, but If the 2nd monitor will not change anything, it prob isnt worth it

i dont think that multiple monitors will affect the refresh rate, both monitors should be just fine unless maybe you were to play one game across both the monitors. otherwise they should have seperate refresh rates and response times.
