Dual monitor issue. Windows goes off screen on old monitor

Hello, so the title speaks for itself. I have an AOC 24" monitor as my primary one and and old, smaller LG one (4:3 Aspect). On the old one the windows goes off screen (like I don't see the left side and the bottom-taskbar).

Didn't find any help on google, maybe someone here can help me out. Would appreciate it a lot. If you need any other info I'll gladly provide to get this issue solved once and for all. Thank you in advance

Have you checked your display settings in Windows control panel? Also, how do you have the second monitor connected? The second question doesn't make a huge difference but I am curious is all.
