Dual monitor mount

I am looking for a dual monitor stand for my 2 monitors (asus vs228h, and aoc g2460vq6) but i am not sure whats good an what isn't, I want them to be side by side but be able to rotate and have some movement as I want to be able to see the 2nd monitor straight on from the other side of my desk (just a chair over). Any suggestions, I would prefer it to be under 50$ but open to all suggestions

They are expensive though, and I doubt $50 is enough budget.
