Dual monitor problem

Out of the blue, my main monitor just 'breaks' as shown in this picture: http://puu.sh/eD6n7/e6722ffe72.jpg I messed around with the monitor settings and managed to switch the displays but my second screen is now doing the same my main monitor is while my 1st is working fine now as shown here: http://puu.sh/eD6pr/e5ace42065.jpg What is going wrong???

I bet you are running an AMD GPU aren't you?
Is your GPU overclocked?

This happens to me at times when My AMD HD 7970 is Overclocked. The 7970 has the same chip as the R9 280X so it happens to that card also. http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2300836/display-issues-monitor-setup.html#14892191
