Dual Monitor Problem

Hello Guys,

I currently have a weird issue with one of my monitors but I believe it is more a of a graphics card problem. On my left monitor when I am in applications like internet explorer etc. the bottom of the application (not the windows taskbar) is greyed out like a block, approximately 2 - 3cm tall.
But when I move the application to my other window I can see all of it.

When I get the chance later today I am going to try and update my graphics card to see if that helps, if not is there any other suggestions?

*update* = Just to confirm I don't think its a monitor problem (I thought that first) because not all apps like Outlook have this grey bar at the bottom of the app.

Could possibly be a monitor cable, try to swap that out and see if that helps.

Sorry I have tried that, I have also tried turning them off and on.

Found the issue it was a driver problem, issue still not resolved but when updating my graphics driver it caused it to mess up. I didn't do a complete uninstall of the current driver and then do a driver update, so some of the settings were not happy with the update. If there is no other suggestions I will just have to stick with it..

How much is the graphics card? If it's under $50, or even $100 if you have a lot of money to spare, you should just replace it. If it's something like a Titan X (which I very much doubt you have) and you wanna save money I would continue to try and fix it.
