dual monitor problem

i have amd a10 ,7860....and raedon r7 250 graphics card..!while doing dual monitor (both monitor are of lg...22m38h,and 22mp48) so monitor with 48 is connected with hdmi n working perfectly..and the monitor with 38 is connected with vga n its fluctuating n blur ..plz help

Either the 22m38 monitor is going bad or you're noticing the inherently poorer quality of the VGA video signal, especially since you have an analog VGA monitor next to a digital monitor. Get rid of the 22m38 monitor and by another monitor withDVI-d, HDMI and/or displayport inputs.

both of them are same version monitor only diff is one is ips........n both monitor have 1 vga n 1 hdmi slot.....graphics card is having 1vga,1 dvi,1 hdmi...(can using hdmi to dvi for 22m38 will work??)

My apologies, I must have missed the HDMI input on the 22m38 monitor's spec sheet. Yes - definitely get a simple dvi to HDMI adapter or cable. That should improve the visual quality.
