I think it's a GPU problem, that's why I'm posting it there. I posted this in Displays subforum too but no solutions at all.

Both displays are tested and are working correctly, drivers are the newest. By the way, this also happens when running a stress test, so it may be not frequency related. Also I'm using HDMI to VGA adapter for the second monitor. Thanks in advance.
