Dual monitor question

Hello everybody, i have two lg monitors, one is lg mp 75 and the other is lgmp67. My question is can i connect my mp75 to my pc and my second monitor to my mp75 on its second hdmi port? My goal is to get dual extended displays. My gpu only has one hdmi port so connecting it there is not possible? I was wondering, is it possible? Apparently Lg has Dual smart solution technology, but i have no idea if that is applicable to me
