Dual monitor setup, 1 HDMI Port?

Hi, I have my gaming/ work pc in my room and was wondering as my graphics card only has 1 hdmi port and 2 dvi ports if this would be possible, I want both of my monitors to be in 1080 p and I'm not sure if this is possible, I want it to be an extended monitor and not a duplicate.

That only makes a duplicate of the screen, so not really what the OP wants. I think something like this https://www.walmart.com/ip/GE-DVI-to-HDMI-Adapter/16630812 or http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA67038S8758&cm_re=dvi_to_hdmi-_-9SIA67038S8758-_-Product would do what he wants.
