Dual monitor setup blurry (the monitor with lower resolution show blurry text)

Hi,

I recently both dell p2414h (1080p) and dell p2416d (1440p) and i plugged them both to display port without any adapters to my graphic card gtx 980ti.

The dell p2414h is showing blurry text. Is it because the main monitor is scaling to bigger resolution the graphic card? I can't solve this problem? The 1440p monitor is set to main display.

What resolutions do you have in Control Panel\Appearance and Personalization\Display\Screen Resolution ?

My guess is the same as TBA: your "blurry" display is not running at its native resolution and the image is being scaled to fit, causing the blur.

this is not the case for sure. Both are running in their native resolution. I didn't had this problem before, when i had only one monitor with 1080p. It looks like the graphic card is scaling image because it can only display 1 resolution.

If i change Display scaling to minimum. It isn't that much bothering but still isn't perfect.. and the second monitor is displaying everything really small..

Unplug one of them and then check if you have the right resolution for the one you are using at the moment...Do the same for the other monitor (one monitor at a time)...Does the problem remain?

both monitors when being used as a single monitor, don't have a problem. The problem is always at the monitor that is "secondary", not the default.
