Question Dual Monitor Setup - Second Monitor not being dectected

Im trying to get a dual monitor setup but for some reason my second monitor is not being detected at all. My Monitor has x1 Display Port and x2 HDMI ports and my GPU has 3 Display Ports and x1 DVI-D and x1 HDMI.

I tried using HDMI and DisplayPort to set up my dual monitor, but it didnt work. Any help?

SPECS:
Intel 9400F
ASRock Z390 Pro 4
Zotac GeForce 1070 8gb

Monitors:
KG241Q x2

Try looking in the Nvidia control panel and see if it's detected there, also just double check that no cables are loose.
