Question Dual monitor setup w/ MacBook and PC

Hello fine peoples of Earth! I have a dual monitor setup that I want to connect a MacBook Air and a PC to so that I can switch between dual displays for each of them. I have an HDMI selector with my PC, a MacBook Air and a PS4 connected to it via HDMI cables. One of the monitors is connected to its output via HDMI cable. I would like to be able to select HDMI 1 and my MacBook Air gets dual monitor display or, choose HDMI 2 and have my PC get dual display. Although my monitors (both Samsung CF391) have DisplayPort and HDMI, I'm pretty sure I can't daisy chain them together. Maybe I can, I have no idea. Don't have a DP cable handy to test. Any help would be appreciated!

Can you go a step back, and describe how many, and what kind of, video outputs and inputs each of devices has?

To start with - MacBooc Air's are not the best candidate to dual external monitors, with their single DP/TB display port.
