Dual monitor setup with differant sizes

At the minut i have a 23" Aoc monitor as my main monitor in the middle that i play games on. To the Left hand side of my main monitor i have a 24" Sharp LCD tv theat is in portrait mode for my itunes....

I am looking for the best way to achieve this in which when i move the mouse it moves to the same point next to it on the other screen. At the moment when i move the mouse to another monitor it flicks somewhere higher up. the 2nd monitor is taller than my other main monitor as it is on its side portrait.

The only way would be to align them with a stand so the center of the one monitor is aligned with the center of the other one vertically. There is no software to help you do that artificially.
