Dual monitor setup

Hello, i came here to know if someone knows a way or a software to use dual monitor, one of them to play games and the other for stuff like browser/steam/teamspeak etc etc.
I have one monitor BenQ XL2420Z 24'' 144hz and a random lenovo 17' square monitor and the problem is: every time i select a program in the second monitor, when gaming in the main, the game always minimize, ALWAYS! I tried few software's and i can't find that option, maybe just missed that option!
I really like using dual monitor, don't need another function, win8.1 have it all, unless that option that i want!
Please, if you can't help me just give me a tip!

Someone also had this issue and the answer was to switch the game to borderless in resolution settings.

I know you frustration, i also sought for an answer to this problem.

The software taht comes with your GPU usually solves this. If you have Nvidia then Nvidia contorl panel and if AMD then AMD catalyst

Yes the borderless solve the problem, but yes, it is a frustration because u can't use some settings in the game like brightness etc because of that! 🙁

i will see better this time, but i don't know, i already checked and i don't see nothing 🙁

And i checked again and didn't see nothing man!
